Below I have visual examples of work completed over the past eight years of working as a historian, journalist, exhibit developer, web designer, and great life explorer.

an Exhibit

I worked with a team to design an exhibit about the Indiana State Police's K-9 Unit at the Indiana State Police Museum (ISPM) in Indianapolis. Our team created a SketchUp model of the exhibit, developed exhibit content, created an interpretation plan that included the plans for exhibit interactives, wrote labels, and designed the graphics for the exhibit.

an article

This writing sample entitled, Quincy Couple Polishes Buildings in Gem City, is from a published IL Historic Preservation Agency magazine titled, Historic Illinois. I wrote a four-page article on a retired couple, the Goerlichs, and their pursuit to renovate the historic homes on their street in Quincy, Illinois - an incredible undertaking. I interviewed the couple for the article.
